pt777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit documentation verifying your identity, source of funds, and residential address before withdrawals are processed or if your activity triggers a review threshold. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pt777 currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency channels. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at pt777's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or such other amount as posted on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified accounts. pt777 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. 5.5 Currency. All transactions on the pt777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the player.
5.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months and contain a balance may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the registered player. Accounts dormant for 36 months may have their balance transferred to a reserve fund in accordance with applicable regulations.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the offer details. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pt777 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the associated Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
6.4 pt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already communicated to players in respect of active bonus balances.
7.1 Game-specific rules for each product category (slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, volleyball, sabong, arcade) are published within the respective game interface or game information section on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. 7.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the Platform's server-side records shall be treated as the definitive record. Players may submit disputes to pt777 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pt777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

10.2 pt777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pt777 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pt777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
